You will like our daily infographic which gives five easy tips to improve your SEO with only on-Page techniques.

If your website has a good structure and if you also spread your content, you’ll see results quite soon and your website should gain positions in Google’s result pages.

The infographic below is for blogging but it’s still true for any website.

Post fresh Content

This one is the most important tip, mainly with Google’s new update that emphasize on content quality & freshness. Also find the good timing for you and if you have to choose between the above, it’s better to create a better quality article once or twice a week than less good ones every days.

Use Title Tag

The Title Tag is the main element of a HTML page, it’s what give its names to the tabs and the main element used by search engines to know its main topic.
You can use plugins like WordPress SEO to optimize this part of your articles.

Add internal links & alt tags

When relevant, link to other of your pages, it’ll give them “link juice”, do not hesitate to do the same to external resources also. If it’s good for your visitors, ultimately it’s good for your rankings.
Fill the Alt tags of all your images also, Google uses it to know what the images are about.

Use correct HTML Titles Structure

This one is often neglected but a correct title structures with the following tags – h1, h2, h3, h4 – is very important. All your pages should have ONLY 1 h1 tag, a few h2 and if needed more h3 & h4 tags, it may be like this:

h1
–h2
—-h3
—-h3
–h2

Fix your broken links

Broken links are bad for your visitors but they may also affect your rankings to some extent. If you have too many of them, your website looks not to be taken care of which is a bad signal. Also some of the “link juice” we talked above is lost on any of them.
You can try Screaming Frog to check the links on your website.
